We propose a simple and rapid sensory perception test that will help you identify your dominant sensory system: visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and internal dialogue. Learn which system is your primary representation or, in other words, which is your main sensory system.
This test explores and identifies learning styles, which are often described as visual, auditory, kinesthetic, or internal dialogue.
Some people process information more easily in the form of images, while others prefer to learn by doing, hearing, or feeling. The preferred representation system leads to different behaviors.
In educational psychology, there are also other tests and instruments that can help identify learning styles, such as Kolb’s Learning Style Inventory or Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). These tests evaluate individual preferences and abilities for processing information and can help develop a personalized learning plan.
Additionally, there are psychological instruments that explore different aspects of perception and communication, such as the DISC communication test, which focuses on a person’s behavioral preferences and communication style. However, it should be noted that these instruments are not intended to directly evaluate the type of visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and internal dialogue perception.
