Instructions for use:

There are 7 questions, each with 8 statements (answers).
For each of the 8 statements, choose the score that you think best describes your behavior using the slider.
The score can range from 0 to 10, and you will distribute the 10 points among the 8 statements. It is not mandatory for each statement to receive points.
After each score allocation, check the box with the number of remaining points out of 10.
Statements that better correspond to your behavior will receive a high score, those that do not correspond will receive zero points or a low score.
